Shipping policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. Customers may request a return if the product is defective, damaged, or if an incorrect item has been delivered. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process an exchange or refund as per company policy. Items that are used, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return. All return requests are subject to approval according to company terms and conditions.
